  I am now addicted to yoga. I had zero experience but Leanna and the environment were so welcoming I never felt like a beginner. Now I'm going multiple times per week and I love it. Get off the couch!

  I enjoy the classes. The instructors are professional and friendly. They are informed about the body and their craft. The virtual classes have help to keep me in flexible and working out.

  Tonight was my first time doing hot yoga. It was nice. It definitely woke my body up. Ms. Shirley was nice, encouraging and made me feel less nervous. I am looking forward to the next session.
