(September 13, 2018, 5:31 pm)Very quick to handle issues. We had an issue with one of our disk drives for our long running server. And they were able to get replaced the same day. All our data was restored successfully. Fantastic support and great prices.
(August 16, 2018, 3:37 pm)I've been with Lanset for several years. I left them to try a dollar hosting place, but returned once my contract had expired with the other hoster.
Their tech support is awesome and I've never had an issue they could not quickly resolve.
