We recently purchased a 2019 V90 T6 Ocean Race wagon at Niello Volvo Sacramento. Not only were we excited to have this rare vehicle but it was a pleasure to work with their staff. There was no pressure throughout the entire process, and all of our questions and concerns regarding the vehicle, its options, and financing were expertly, professionally and fully explained . My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Ironically, we purchased our car on November 11th, Veterans Day, which made it especially more memorable and meaningful to us.

If you read nothing else: call ahead, ask for Taylor Howard. He’s just ... the best. Looks you in the eye, no pressure, no nonsense. He’s willing to talk about why a certain vehicle might NOT be right for your family — and that was important to us.

We spent several years changing our minds about what to buy as our next vehicle. We test drove so, so many cars — but the Volvo really stood out from the pack. More importantly, Niello Volvo is such an excellent dealership with the best staff in the car business. We love our new car!

Parking is a little sparse because of all the new vehicles and the test driving of new vehicles. The building is a great showroom. Offices are clean. Staff is really friendly and all about your comfort and patience all the time. As far as car buying experiences go this is in the top of the dealers I've been to.
