(July 24, 2020, 3:57 pm)The pick up was not as fast as I would like but it was pleasant. I received a brand new Jeep Wrangler when I had only requested a small SUV. I was scheduled to drop off at a different location. The next day I called he drop off location to extend my reservation and it was very quick and easy. Do not call the number on the folder to extend your reservation. It is a computer and it is not helpful at all. I just dropped it off today and they were very quick, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you Avis! I will rent from you again.
