I always feel reassured I am getting very professional care when I visit Dr. Groppo, who has performed surgery on me twice. He is very thoughtful and thorough at the same time, and exhibits a very important quality to his patients -- he listens to them.

So far a patient of Dr. Groppo for the past 3months with a planned procedure Feb 2020. He is very nice with good bedside manners. He thoroughly explains his findings on imaging and what to expect from the findings. I opted for surgical treatment of my diagnosis and he was very thorough with explaining the procedure, what to expect after the procedure and with post op follow ups. I'm very confident in is expertise as an ENT doctor and so far please with my experience. I'm looking forward to a successful surgery.

Dr. Groppo was awesome!! He took his time with me, I never felt rushed. He was very thorough and attentive. I am glad he was recommended to me, and I will definitely continue seeing him. There was a calming presence in his office, and his staff were very efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Groppo has been so efficient and personable and professional each time I see him. He takes time to answer questions and is really concerned about my well-being. I never feel he's rushing me to move on to the next patient.

Dr Groppo is such a fantastic doctor. He takes into account not only my condition but also discusses risks and benefits as well in all that he does. I would rather have a provider who tells it like it is than one who really doesn’t care about me. As a medical person my self, he is refreshing. Thanks for all you do Dr Groppo!!
