I don't know who the other person is who reviewed them but since she didn't leave any comments I'm guessing she could even be competitor. While I can't use my employer's information, I can say that I do use Roo Services a lot for my work at an apartment complex and have always been happy with their services. They do excellent cleaning and painting. We usually only call them when we are really busy or if the unit turn is heavy and they have always been there when we need them.
