Carefree Senior Living at North Natomas

reported i had no,hot-water and was told being that issue was one of TOP PRRIORITY someone would be there ASAP, within an hour i heard some noise outside my unit, the maintenance was out there working on the issue, problem resolve within 20mins. The WHOLE staff is AWESOME! Some of the nicest folks you would ever want to meet live here.

They have good people living here, lot of amenities. Just about everything you want, cards, happy hour with live music bingo the list goes on. Good friends, not hard to find.

This place is very welcoming, engaging, and friendly. The activities are in abundance, Happy Hours are so fun even the staff stays for them. The apartments are surprisingly spacious. The grounds are resort like with palm trees, heated pool and jacuzzi, and there is even pet areas.

I absolutely love this place. I spend every day in the clubhouse and have never been "bit" by anything. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the leasing agents, the manager and the wonderful staff, I ALWAYS have a great time talking to them. They are so welcoming and nice to everyone. I love looking out my windows and seeing the beautiful palm trees. They have a luncheon on Wednesdays, hot breakfast on Thursdays, and happy hour on Fridays! You don't even have to leave the property to party like it's 1999!!! And get this, there is even a salon!!! All we need now is a Starbucks! 😜😜😜 I love Carefree! You all rock!!!!!
