(May 14, 2021, 2:20 am)I called Betts Truck Parts & Service to place an order for an electrical air assembly. I spoke with Glen in the parts department. I was amazed at his professionalism and patience to find exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward two weeks later. My wife went to pick up the electrical air assembly since I was on the road. As my wife was walking in an employee was walking out to go to lunch. My wife asked him if he was Glen and he stated, "yes." My wife told Glen that she was there to pick up the assembly for me. Glen postponed his lunch and took the time to make sure she was taken care of. Glen, thank you for your dedication to awesome customer service.. Based on my experience with your attention to detail, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
