The ladies at the window were both so nice and helpful and the xray tech was so calm with my mum. The dentist was amazing the way she explained my mum and me about the issues. It was over all a very nice experience and now I will change my dentist and come here also. I would highly recommend this clinic 👌 👍”

“I came into this location because one of my wisdom teeth was just killing me. Insane amount of pain. The two receptionist were so kind. Answered every question they could and had me seen as soon as they could. They welcomed every "normal" patient as I waited andthat made for a great atmosphere. Great job ladies. The doctor and the doctors assistant was so helpful. They could tell I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. They did not look down on me or anything. They knew how bad I was in pain and they made sure to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it. Both super nice and just overall amazing to be around even though they had to refer me to a oral surgeon. Now here is the best part. With the holiday weekend a day away, I was expecting to have to wait till Monday to get any sort of help. The receptionist called I don't know how many places to make sure I could get in the same day. I woke up this morning in complete pain. I am going to sleep with a few less teeth but no more pain. I can not say enough about the customer service and just down right compassion they showed today.”

“Wow. I am so incredibly thankful that I was told about this place. I have a few dental issues because I have very high anxiety with the dentist. It is like this dental office specializes in anxiety patients. From the caring and smiling faces at the front desk, to the calming waiting room, to the bird feeders outside the window of each dental chair, and even a blankey while you are in the chair if you get cold. The doctor was so calming and very, very nice. Diana always is there as my hygienist during the scary visits, she is the best and always gets me through the hard part. I am so thankful for her. There is another hygienist who does my normal cleanings and I adored her too. I am so grateful for everyone in that office, I now am getting all the dental work I couldn't bring myself to get for a long time and I no longer am filled with anxiety waiting for each appointment. I would never, ever even think about going anywhere else!”

“Update: The office manager has reached out to me and is working to help get my replacement crown back on track! She was very nice and professional. I am very appreciative that Aspen Dental reacted to my review and is trying to rectify the issue. The staff at this clinic has always been wonderful, even through the pandemic. However, for the past two months I have been calling to follow up on the receipt of a replacement crown that was supposedly ordered for me. I have been placed on hold for 10 minutes or more on most of my calls and have only actually spoken to a live person once. When I did reach a live person they said they did not see my crown in the back and their system was down so she could not check the status. There does not seem to be any other option to reach them aside from by phone. I have now had an improperly fit crown on over 2 months with temporary cement. I expect any day it will come loose. At this point, I suppose I will have to pay for an entirely new crown at a new dentists office. I don't know what has changed with this office or if they are just currently short staffed, but I would not recommend beginning treatment there until they rectify whatever the current issue is.”
