(August 18, 2022, 7:18 pm)I had the BEST experience Ever! I made a reservation and it was the BEST price possible. For some reason it wasn't giving us the price stated on the reservation, so I called customer care, got transferred, and then told to call back the next day to speak with Tech support. I ended up going to the facility, and the reservation still stated "The Best Deal Everrrr" 😁 Funny though, the prices changed Several times throughout the prices, but I ended up with the BEST DEAL at the end! I prayed about it with my sister and family... I say, PRAISE GOD!!! IGot The Best Deal, even though it was a little time consuming and Worked the Patience in all of us involved. I thank you Casey! (I'm sorry if I've spelt your name incorrectly) You were Sooo Caring, polite, patient, kind, and invested in my case... I Thank God, and I thank Casey!!! What A Blessing! I Love her Long natural eye lashes, her green strip of hair, and your personality! God Bless You and your family in abundance, Always! GIVE HER A RAISE! 💯 She had to go "offline", do a lien, or something to that... but again, time consuming! The Lord was working, and building our character's all in one! 🙏✝️😇☝️💝🕊🤩

(May 6, 2022, 8:48 pm)I would highly recommend this place met some wonderful people.. I love Dominique she was very sweet & helpful & the young man that works there as well they were very nice.but some of there employees need a attitude check totally not OK …I’ve had wonderful customer service experience up until my move out day. I went into the office employee Ray was extremely rude talked on the phone the whole time gave me attitude so i asked was Dominique available she then replied with a nasty attitude saying no why ?? I was totally stunned I just told her have a good day.
(May 4, 2022, 2:45 pm)I have had a storage unit here for several years and have been continually pleased with the service. I live out-of-state and have had some issues with lock replacements, management has always worked with me to fix whatever comes up.
Just recently I had a personal call from the property manager to inform me my autopay hadn't gone through. It was so nice to get a call like that versus how some companies handle their financing. I was able to fix the payment problem quickly!
(March 8, 2022, 5:11 pm)I unfortunately have had to deal with having a storage unit for far too long. But in the YEARS I have dealt with Public Storage I’ve never been treated with such respect and courtesy as I have with Dominique and Joseph at this location. They are on point with walking the grounds, keeping the location clean and keeping an eye out for anyone who shouldn’t be there. I have had a few hard months financially due to family illness and no matter what they have handled me with kindness. Dominique is beyond professional and kind. She has answered any/all questions I’ve had and she has called me to keep me updated with the status of my unit. I am not foreign to calls about past due bills recently but she was the first person to seem to truly care. To be treated like my things are as important to her as they are to me makes a world of difference. I’m very happy to see such professional people handling this location now! Great hiring job Public Storage!!!
