Schermer Eye Associates

I have been a patient at this office since the late 1970's. I have had the very best experience's of any Doctor's practice across the board. I can honestly say that there is no room for improvement. None, they have nailed a perfect "10."

Very nice, clean and professional office. The staff behind the counter were super friendly and helpful and the doctor was very thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend Schermer Eye Associates!

Front desk reps are always nice and helpful; plus they know what they are doing and do it expeditiously. My tech woman was also nice, asked if I had any questions, etc. Dr Partel always tries to dig deeply in my exams to make sure I don’t have any questions and will run a few tests to get the best idea of how my eyes are functioning. He doesn’t push any treatment on me and I trust him because of that trait. Very punctual, doesn’t rush through my appointments, and a very kind person.

I have NEVER experienced an eye exam like the one I had here. The entire staff is so friendly and sweet! I believe I had Connie, Rebecca, Courtney, Nina, and Dr. Patel throughout my visit and everyone was so helpful and nice. I’m completely forgetting the name of the technician who took the notes for Dr. Patel and the payment at the end but she was so sweet and nice too! I am so thankful they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. Having worked at an optometric office before, Schermer Eye Associates is the best office I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient at. The complimentary optomap for new patients was such a surprise! At every office I’ve been to, new patient or not, I’ve paid anywhere from $50-$80 for that service. Checking in, Connie(I believe) and Rebecca took care of me with my new patient paperwork. After completing that, Rebecca and Courtney took me in for the pre diagnostic testing and they were super easy going and easy to talk to. They are both personable and sweet. Nina was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable through my entire visit. I loved how she asked if I wanted an explanation as to what we were doing and why. Dr. Patel and his technician were so nice and helpful, I enjoyed the conversations I had with them. Overall, I think I’ve found my regular office for eye exams. Thank you for taking care of me! :)

My husband and I visited today for the first time after our former Dr. retired. We had a great experience. They were on time and gave a very thorough exam. Dr. Patel was great as was the entire staff, intern and front office. I did notice that they have an excellent selection of eyeglass frames which is a definite plus.
