“I've always had a great shopping experience at this location. Although it's smaller than the superstore on Florin Rd., this location has a wonderful selection of women's clothing and housewares at fabulous prices, although for some reason the prices are somewhat higher than Florin Rd. Even with the higher prices, I've gotten some really good deals on what were originally very expensive items (like a $250 merino wool sweater that I purchased for $3.99, a dining room table with a damaged finish for $9.49, and I paid 69 cents for a large slightly dented stainless steel lid that retailed for over $100). The table was very heavy. Sanchez was totally helpful in helping me get it home. He was out there in the dark helping me take the legs off. It didn't fit into my car, even with the legs off. I went home, got a blanket and some rope, came back the next day. Sanchez and two other guys were absolutely helpful in tying the tabletop securely to my car roof. Thanks a BUNCH! guys!!! I've also had very positive interactions with Barbara the manager when I've had price questions. I only have positive stuff to say about this store.”

“I had to store my car last minute and I had never rented storage space before so I didn’t know what I was doing. Turns out the space I rented was too small but I had already paid for it. The gentleman working that today was really kind and did everything in his power to make sure I got the unit I needed at the right price and even transferred the payment I had already paid as credit for the next payment. I would recommend life storage to everyone. Great and friendly customer service. I’ll definitely rent from them again.”

They exchanged it (with money on my end of couse) for a rebuilt one in about 40 minutes . Just recently had someone hit my car and cause some paint/bumper/panel damage to my BMW 4 Series, I did my research and this place was recommended by everyone I talked to. They very quickly had an estimate and got my car in and out in less than a week including the paintwork, sensor damage and glass removal. They gave me phone updates through out the week. The paint is a PERFECT match (M-sport Estoril Blue) and they even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. Professional, quick, and polite staff. Car looks like the day I bought it. Cannot recommend them enough!”
