“The staff here is great. Mostly I worked with Tom, although everyone else was nice and helpful as well. They're friendly and authentic (not like, forced smile customer service vibe), which I really appreciate. And they're knowledgeable yet not arrogant. I went in for a boot fitting/adjustment with a really tricky pair of ultralight touring boots, and they managed to put in a great insole, heat mold the liners, and punch the boots out over multiple sessions while keeping them in tact, even though my boots aren't really meant to be punched out. They warned me it was risky and could ruin the boots, but since I really needed some room they were willing to give it a shot anyway. There were a few hiccups in the process since we were kind of going into uncharted territory with these boots, but Tom was meticulous about fixing them and doing a really quality job, and was extremely fair in what he charged me for the whole process given how much I asked of them. Anyway, great friendly shop with lots of integrity. Highly recommended.”

He could have come out to initiate a repair and even quoted what it might cost. But he suggested we try a few things first. Turns out it was simply a settings problem and no repair was needed. “A great park. One mile around so it’s easy to track your distance. Very dog friendly place. If there is sunlight there are people here, but it has never felt really crowded to me. Depending on the time of year you’ll see groups of varying ages playing organized sports. Lots of trees as well as cute interesting houses to look at. In the middle there’s a tennis court, and beside that a kid’s playground.”

“I arrived about 4 hrs early. Guard was nice, we had a steady conversation through out checking in. He was able to get me in 1 1/2 hr before my appointment. Nice!! Plenty of room docking, I was so tired, and had only 30mins on my clock. Asked the guard if I could park on the yard for a bit. He told me they didn’t have anymore room. In other postings this was accommodated. I had seen a number of open spots, driving back up to the front, including the spot he had me stage in. But he said no, and directed me to an area around the corner. I felt if I had paid him, I would’ve been able to stay. Don’t know for sure, but I did notice, there was another guard coming in, and when the first guard told me they were full, he looked over at the guard shack, (door was closed) and then, in a low voice told me there was no room. I kind’ve felt, money would’ve made a difference.”
