I have always been happy with all the work they have put into my last 2 cars. First car was a beetle and after that vehicle was wrecked by someone else and my new used mini cooper turbo went out. He was the one to replace it and dealt with the warranty company so I didn't have to. Because I know about cars he always explains things and shows me the parts and tells me how they went bad.
