The gentleman working that today was really kind and did everything in his power to make sure I got the unit I needed at the right price and even transferred the payment I had already paid as credit for the next payment. I feel as though the management is almost like family; very friendly, fair, and accommodating, and seemingly always glad to have me sit down and share the news. This facility is smaller, compared to others, and has a cheery atmosphere, which stands in stark contrast to the dreary corporate-owned facilities (you know the ones) that feel more like you're visiting a state prison. Paying the monthly rent is almost a pleasant experience--almost!”
