One day I went in without an appointment just as a walk-in he spent over a half hour talking with me and helping me understand what was going on now that’s a wonderful doctor and my eyes most doctors when you’re on Medi-Cal don’t give you even five minutes. But Dr. Jude Waterberry has always giving me answers to my questions and his full attention at every appointment I’ve been seeing him for four years. Like I said he is a wonderful internal medicine doctor. I just wish I could find where he moved to. I won’t go to any other doctor at the clinic but him.”

Went to the 2 week trial, I love it so much I signed up for the unlimited and I’ve been going everyday since with rest days of course. “*** UPDATE: My positive experience with the American Heritage Hospice services was based on 3 wonderful individuals: Paula, Jasson, & Inga. All 3 have since left this company. *** We used American Heritage Hospice for my dearly loved grandmother. She was a very special person who deserved the very best care. With American Heritage we got a whole team caring for her. All the equipment she needed arrived promptly and was kindly setup in our home while I was picking her up from the hospital. So, by the time we got home, it was ready. Any time we had a question, we could get someone on the phone at any hour. We had several nurses who rotated in caring for my grandmother’s needs as well as my whole family’s well-being. Our nurse, Paula, was so gentle, sweet and compassionate. In the end, we were all so grateful for her care we exchanged hugs. But, I can’t say enough about what our other nurse, Jasson, did for my family. As my grandmother’s illness progressed, we needed help through the night. Jasson showed up on short notice and took incredibly good care of my grandmother through several sleepless nights. When he handled her, he was always very gentle & respectful with her. He was able to get her positioned better, breathing better and more comfortable than I or my family could. And I even learned a couple things watching him skillfully care for all her needs. He connected with my entire family & we truly enjoyed his company; not just in the peace and security of his skilled presence (which was an immense relief), but also as a wonderful human-being. He got us to laugh & smile even in the most tragic days of our lives. He became family. Since the time of my grandmother’s passing, I have actually grown closer to this company and its staff. I have witnessed the dedication and genuine desire to serve well and serve generously across their entire body of patients. Paula, Jasson, & Inga went above and beyond.”
