“This is a good, affordable gym. Most people would compare this gym to Planet Fitness due to the similarities of the membership tiers they offer. However, that's where the similarities end; this gym definitely offers more equipments, machines and free weights than Pf. The customer service is acceptable for the most part, but that's not really the main appeal of this gym. Most people will go to this gym because of its affordable price point.”

“I had such a great experience at Beauty Elizabeth. Shannon, who is the owner/esthetician, is as knowledgeable and charming as they come. She did a full make up consultation with me, matching my colors and showing me techniques for application (which I really need!). She introduced me to a powder foundation that I am loving. I am able to get great coverage using a chubby blender brush that I also bought (much better than my old liquid foundation). I came back at a later date and had a facial with O2 lift oxygen treatment. I have only had one other facial in my life so I was a little nervous. Shannon made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, lying on a cushy, heated bed. When she was finished, my skin was glowing and felt extremely soft. I will be back for more facials and am definitely going to get my makeup from BE moving forward. Also, just wanted to mention that I am in love with the Daily Gratitude perfume oil. It is subtle and lovely. Makes me feel happy to put it on in the morning. I get tons of compliments when I wear it. :-)”

“Love these guys. Everyone is so nice and helpful with my kiddos, patient when it comes to there anxiety. I will not go back to the male dentist though. 2 years we came in new years eve and he rushed the whole thing, all they wanted was to leave early. They asked me to come in a hour early kept cheering during my son treatment they were off soon. While my son was puking then sleeping then puking then crying during treatment. Next time our normal ladies couldn't even do treatment but instead she sat and showed him all the tools and explain everything and he been fine ever sense. So we will wait weeks or months if the gentleman is the only one available. It's a kids dental office please have patience with anxious kiddos. My kids aren't snowflakes either but let's be real no one truly loves the dentist. Lol take your time like your ladies.”

“I got to visit this FUN and PLAYFUL yoga studio for the first time recently while driving through California. Both the owners were there, a kids yoga class was happening in their second studio space, lots of welcoming and friendly people, and such a colorful studio! They definitely know how to make the experience FUN. It was a great yoga class, hot and sweaty, and I left with some merchandise. Everyone seemed so connected and like one big family. Great vibes here. Can't wait to be back!”

“I am use to going to clean,relaxed spa places. Places in which one can have a glass of wine or tea along with a snack. Or the option of sitting in a steam room. Since moving from Vancouver,BC to Sacramento it's been difficult to find a place of equivalency. That along with nice features there's a more modern decor. Simply Spa has most of what I seeked and is my favorite so far!!! They offer a really nice robe, along with slippers to change into. Have a nice seating area where tea and snacks are offered. They give a warm neck pillow (that actually looks nice and goes with the whole atmosphere they set). They have soft melodies playing and the rooms are just so nice, clean and modern with decor. Not like other sketchy massage parlors I've viewed online. Def must try!!! Jennifer is so kind and polite, I love her personality.”
