“Over all, I think The service has been great! The only thing I have question with Allstate is that why my rate never goes down when it based on driving experience and accidents free. Year after year, the rate goes up instead of goes down. I would think that if a policy has been opened for certain years and there isn’t any accidents report at fault, I would think the rate should drop but not in my cases.”
