“It's a small parking lot located on the corner of Laguna and Harbor Point right next to Apple and across from a 76 gas station. It's relatively clean and usually has ample parking for commuters who ride the bus from Elk Grove to downtown Sacramento. I've never personally had nor heard any of my fellow commuters experience vandalism or theft to their vehicle. I feel safe parking there. All in all, I'd recommend it to a friend who is looking for a park and ride in Elk Grove. Best of all, it's free. :-) I only gave it 4* because it is a relatively small parking lot.”
