“This is by far the best care facility in the high desert. Most of the staff are very caring and compassionate. My 2 week stay was amazing. The nurse, LVNs and CNAs are so helpful and all but 1 went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. It's not like a sterile hospital. This is truly like home. It's very clean and most of the staff are very professional. There was 1 staff member who I feel should not be in this line of work. Genny is very rude and disrespectful in the way she talks to patients. She actually told the lady next to me that she was going to put a pillow over her face because she was crying. She tried to use a used lancet to check my blood sugar and when I tried to talk to her she just cuts me off before I can even let her know why I called for her. Other than her, this facility is amazing and I ever find myself in need of skilled nursing again I will definitely request that I be placed at Savannah.”
