I am so pleased with the care that I received by both the ladies in the front office and Dr Karnani himself, I'm thankful for them making a tough situation a little bit easier ....good people I appreciate it

After the horrible experience I had at the other Rheumatologist office “Dr Ahluwalia” in Apple Valley, Ca I was beyond pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully I was treated by Dr. Kernani! Dr. Kernani is a breath of fresh air- he is young, smart, attentive, and took his time as he went through every page of my big stack of medical records and asked me lots of questions making sure he didn’t miss anything. I left with a feeling of accomplishment knowing that he was going to do his best to help me figure things out. He ordered a ton of bloodwork in order to give me a proper diagnosis instead of shrugging me off like the other Rheumatologist had done in the past! I also forgot to add there was literally a zero wait time- I came early and was actually called in before my appointment time, which NEVER happens up here anymore!! I would suggest that anyone who is looking for a Rheumatologist in the High Desert that actually cares about his patients and doesn’t have 3 hour plus wait times to give Dr.Kernani a try- you will not regret your decision!!

An excellent physician; smart, thorough AND compassionate. He listens to you and you are not rushed. His office staff is also super. The high desert is so lucky to have a rheumatologist like Dr. Diraj Karnani.

Receptionist and Nurse are the best. They are very kind, helpful, and caring. The Doctor made me feel important. Never have any of my appointments been rushed. He takes time to listen and shows real concern for my situation. I feel confident that he works hard to find the right solution to my problems.

Dr. Karnani is just what we needed in Apple Valley. As a rheumatologist, he carefully and delicately examines my joints which are so painful. He is quite knowledgeable as a treatment specialist for joint diseases. He is nice and explains in detail what his plan is for your care and spends the necessary time with you to make sure that you receive the attention that you need. His office staff are also wonderful. They are kind and helpful as they deal with the administrative part of the practice. Thank you for being so wonderful Dr. Karnani. I look forward to feeling better very soon with your plans for my care!!!!
