Jiffy Lube

Finally made it in for an 'overdue' Oil Change on my 2004 Camry. Recently came across a JIFFY LUBE Coupon ($18 off), inside a 'coupon booklet' in the mail.
Been coming to the Hwy. 18, Apple Valley shop for 3 years, since my husband passed away. Being an elderly widow, I very much Appreciate their Honesty, Integrity & Kindness.

Angel who works at the Apple Valley location on Highway 18 was very helpful, kind, patient and professional. He is a great example of how people should treat other people especially in customer service. Kudos to him for making a simple oil change a great experience. I will definitely return in the future and recommend that location because of him. Above and beyond employees are hard to come by these days. Glad to experience that there are people like him who are around and representing their own attributes and company in a positive way.

Justin did a great job on the oil change, answered all my questions honestly and made us feel comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is when asking if oil is good on the dip stick, explain what makes it look good because most people don’t know. Highly recommend this location. Family friendly service with a good ole smile :) Will be back! God Bless.

It was a very busy morning and the Manager Ben was working with just one other employee (in the pit). Yet, he remained very calm, very courteous and attentive. Although I had to wait 45 minutes (usually a 15-minute wait), it was well worth the time. I also was pleasantly surprised to receive a 25% discount for being a Veteran. Thank you!!! 😊
