Rock Springs Reserve is a singletrack mountain bike trail in Sanford, Florida. The scenic Rock Springs Run is on the southern boundary with Wekiva springs State park and is a good place to stop for a swim. This is an area of both open palmetto thickets and woods.

Trail running at Rock Springs Reserve in Sanford, Florida. Turn left pass the Wekiva River. The entrance to Rock Springs will be on the left just past the bear underpass fencing. The bike trail head is about a quarter mile past the pay station ($2.00 entry fee) on the left.
