  I will be recommending Knolls Jewelers to all my family, friends and to anyone who might need it. I brought in my grandmothers ring which was in rough shape and they brought it back to life. Sue is an absolute sweetheart and was extremely helpful throughout my entire experience with them. They're also affordable every other jewelry store up here wanted 6 times the amount I paid. Another plus was that they were also incredibly fast I dropped my ring off Friday and they had it ready the following Tuesday. I will be going back for future cleanings and any other jewelry needs. 10 stars!!!!

  Sue was great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. I have a one of a kind piece that can't be replaced. She was very helpful with suggestions to preserve it. I was leary of going to any jewelry store with it for fear of it getting lost or broke and I didn't want to be taken advantage of because this piece is sentimental. Now I will only due business with this store. That's how comfortable she made me.
