I really love this office! So clean, professional, friendly and right on schedule.
Very pleasant and professional staff. Trish really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during your visit. I was in and out in about ten minutes as per my appointment. The other girl in the office was wonderful as well. If you have a choice I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics!
When my wife and I went together it was a five minute wait. Wendy and Trish are very knowledgeable. The blood draw was quick and easy. We were in and out quickly. Plus the ladies are very nice!
I recently had a blood draw at Quest Diagnostics in Big Bear Lake. The facility was clean and I felt very safe in regards to the adjustments made to the facilities for COVID-19 compliance. I was unaware of the need for an appointment to come in and the front office staff was very accommodating in assisting me in getting me in for my lab work and showing me how to make an appointment ahead of time for my next draw. The phlebotomist was skillful and friendly as well. The only constructive criticism I have is in regards to the Quest Diagnostics website. It was rather difficult to figure out how to make an appointment for my lab work. I wish that process was simpler. If I was an older adult and not tech savvy, I imagine it would be a bit frustrating. Overall, excellent experience. Thank you Quest Diagnostics Big Bear Lake!
