Reasonable prices and variety of flooring products. Love their floor displays.
I have been to many flooring stores in the IE but this is the one where I found the best selection, best prices, & the best customer’s service. They will make sure to help you & answer any questions you have as well as to make sure they can find something that works for your budget but is still of amazing quality. I will definitely be returning here for future purchases.
I had been to numerous stores searching for the perfect flooring and back splash.. I came across New Impressions who had a beautiful selection and decent prices. What really sold me was the Service by Carlos. He was extremely helpful, took the time to show several styles of flooring and knew his products very well!! His positive attitude and expertise exceeded my expectations!
As I finish my home remodel, I was in need of backsplash to complete my kitchen. I found the perfect style at Home Depot and was ready to purchase but thought I would contact New Impressions to see what they would offer. I spoke to man on the phone who was not so helpful and seemed to be pre-occupied with other things other than helping me on the phone. I almost ended the call and continued with my Home Depot purchase, until I remembered Carlos ,who helped me with my floor. He welcomed me back for a price quote and I purchased that day! Great service is hard to find and Carlos is truly a Gem for this company!!
The selection here is overwhelming. The prices are competitive and the service is excellent. This place blows Home Depot and Lowe's out of the water.
Do keep in mind, though the store and the contractors work close together, each are separate. If you have a problem with the installation, you need to take it up with the contractor - not the store. Do be sure your contractor is in fact licenced with the state and you have their business card or information in your hot little mitt before they do the work for you. That has been my experience :)
