This place is great and I will only bring my vehicle here. Sham and Jay are two of the most honest and kind professionals and they ensure their clients are taken care of. Make sure to book your appointment at least a week or two in advance- they have tons of clients. That should tell you how great they are!

Have taken the Mercedes here for the last couple years and service has been great and the prices are reasonable.

What can I say? Sham is the man! I felt good about taking my car here the moment I spoke to him over the phone. Auto Technik Care has been around for a few decades. Their schedule was pretty busy, but thankfully were able to pencil me in a week out for B14 service on my Honda Civic. Though they specialize in European cars, they were still willing to take my car and work on it. I felt like Sham and his team are honest and hard workers, that the feedback was honest and I would definitely take my car back here again. Highly recommend!

About two weeks ago, I ran over a pretty fat nail on my way to work with my rear left tire. The tire went from about 34 PSI to around 22 PSI over the course of 8 hours. The next day, I called about getting a tire patch and Jay told me to come in and they’ll see what they can do. I brought my car in and Jay and one of the other gentlemen working took my car in and patched up the tire within 30 minutes. I, unfortunately, don’t typically carry cash on me so I didn’t have the cash to pay for the service. I just thought I could’ve paid by card, but no matter! Jay told me “don’t worry about it. Just take care of it whenever you’re in the area again!” I’m sorry, what!? I mean, of course I was going to pay for the service. So I left to an atm and returned and paid for the tire patch. The efficiency, kindness, and quality of service from Jay and this shop is outstanding. Thank you.
