(September 16, 2020, 1:10 am)Was there about 2 weeks ago. We had previously attempted to get our carpet washer repaired at a different location that left it just as broken and charged us, so I attempted to repair it myself just to find I couldn't work with the pieces. We brought it here and they did a free diagnostic and reassembled the whole machine. Great quality, speed and customer service. It's been working perfectly ever since.
