I bought three vehicles here and I’d say 4 out of 5 stars because overall my experiences and treatment was great. Service had always been great also. They offer a shuttle service and complete the work on time. They always have new salesman so I guess it depends who you get. But so far I’m happy.

We had an awesome experience at Ford in Chino Hills. The Team at Chino Hills Ford are beyond amazing. First I have to give a shout out to our Sales Consultant Andrew Harris. Andrew was informative, knowledgeable, and most importantly provided the Best Customer Service. Trust me when I say this because I have dealt with pushy and disrespectful car salespeople. If there was something Andrew could not answer he was honest about it and quick to respond with the answer within 24 hours max. Andrew does not pressure customers he listens to his customers. Thank You Andrew for making my son’s first buying experience a positive one.
