Best hospital experience ever! My 86 year old mother was treated extremely well. The emergency department was clean, quiet and organized. Nurses Kyle and Jeffrey were competent and compassionate. Dr. Rodriguez was attentive and quickly diagnosed the issue and initiated an effective treatment plan. Lab tech Lashawn and radiology tech Omar were wonderful. Chief Nurse Christine made rounds and ensured care was delivered in a safe, timely and caring manner. Thank you, CVMC!

I want to sincerely thank Chino Valley Medical Center for the compassionate care provided to my Dad during the final two weeks of his life journey. The healthcare team at CMVC truly works with heart and dedication.

My father got lab work done at CVMC today and got blood drawn by Sydney (Student) with supervision of Rhonda and her Lab trainer. They did an amazing job! Sydney made sure to work cleanly, she explained every step of the process, and get her blood draw in 1 poke! She is an excellent student and I can see her going far in her respective field. Rhonda and her trainer were also amazing and made the check-in process easy, quick, and even made us laugh a couple times with some good jokes. We usually go to LabCorp for labs but we will continue going here as long as these 3 wonderful ladies are here. Thank you to the amazing Lab team working on 10/29/2025 and thank you CVMC for the great service. Please keep those employees for as long as possible!

I was admitted monday into chino valley and my day shift nurse Justin was amazing always. I take my kids here and myself and Justin has been my nurse many times and each time he is thorough, on top of it and you can tell he takes his job serious so that makes you feel safe to know your nurse cares.
I was not able to get my noc nurses name although Justin and her did tell me during shift change. But she was also very good and made me feel comfortable when I started to get scared. She checked on me and made sure I knew I was safe in her care through the night.
When I was transferred upstairs by morning all the staff was very friendly and on top of it. My stay was not unpleasant and the staff at chino valley are always such a great team.

My mother developed acute appendicitis last Thursday. I took her to the ER, and she underwent an appendectomy the next day. I was deeply impressed by the professionalism of the medical staff. The surgical nurses, Brooke and Michelle, were fantastic, patient, and caring. My 71-year-old mother was very nervous about her first surgery, and Brooke professionally explained the procedure to her, alleviating her concerns. On the night after surgery, Wan Chi, the inpatient nurse, was also incredibly kind, professional, and caring. Seeing that I was staying overnight, she even brought a recliner so I could stay more comfortably with my mother. During our two short days in the hospital, we were both deeply impressed by the overall atmosphere. I've been to other hospitals, but Chino Valley Medical Center has been incredibly impressive. My mother received prompt diagnosis and care, and received exceptional care both before and after surgery. I'm writing this to express my sincere gratitude on behalf of our entire family. Thank you!
