(September 27, 2020, 9:56 pm)Went shopping at Sam’s club for our regular grocery run and when I returned to my car, the battery was dead. My husband went to the Tire + Battery shop and asked for a jump. Rodrigo gladly assisted us with jumping my car and even took us back to the shop to have the battery checked, despite being minutes to closing. Rodrigo and the team stayed afterwards to help clean out all the corrosion and helped my husband purchase a new battery. We’re incredibly thankful for the amazing customer service and care we received and hope to give credit where it is due. Raises/bonuses for the whole team, Sam’s Club! Thank you!
