The folks from SMTmax have been very helpful and supportive. If I have a question or problem, they are just a phone call away, and are just as responsive by email. I have an older QM3000, but it is solid piece of equipment. The equipment is straight forward, and works as expected. All in all, I'd buy SMTmax again.

Suction and compressor are working very well. Sterlizer takes about 1hr to finish. But, they are sterilized and completely dried when done.

Now wait just a minuet. I have a reflow oven from SMT Max. IT WORKS PERFECTLY. I've been using it every day for the last two years without any problems.

In fact, I'm buying a SECOND pick and place machine form SMT Max and have already put down a deposit last month. Yeah it's made in China but so are Apple's I-phones.
