I've been struggling with my weight since I was a kid I've tried every diet and workout plan you can think of it was frustrating especially being 300lbs I'd be tired unmotivated I'd sleep all day until I reached a breaking point and found Jeff literally the first time meeting the guy I felt motivated the game plan the nutrition plan and workout plan was very easy to understand he kept me accountable pushed me to the point I lost 100lbs in 6 months and right now I'm still losing more while gaining muscle if you want a change in your life go to Jeff you won't be disappointed
