I felt like I was living in the dark with our former insurance agency. We were reeled in by a “broker” who “shopped around” our policies with several companies and settled on the cheapest premiums. Signed the paperwork and then the broker disappeared. Two years later our rates started to increase, though we had made no claims. We decided we wanted a more personal experience and reached out to Amy and Nate who took extra time to answer all our questions and tailor our policies perfectly. Now we’ve got BETTER coverage and are actually SAVING money on premiums. Seamless transition and we should have done it this way in the first place. Let’s face it, I don’t think anyone truly likes paying insurance premiums until you actually need the insurance.
