PVHC at Chino Hills Crossroads

I have been coming to this office for years. The front office staff and medical assistants are very friendly and prompt. The clinicians and doctors are very empathetic and caring. My encounters with Dr. Agena and Margaret PA is very pleasant. My medical needs are addressed quickly and any of my health concerns are dealt with immediately and if needed referred to specialists. I highly recommend this clinic for your health care needs.

Recently I've started to visit PA Jennifer Holman. She is the best. She makes sure she gives me the correct treatment and gives me the solution I need everytime.
She is also very sweet, kind, and because I suffer from depression and anxiety, it makes me feel very comforted.

I love Margaret Galileo. She is always so kind and will answer any and all questions you have. She makes me feel like she truly cares

I have been going to the Crossroads facility for many years and I am very happy. The staff is very friendly and patient. Dr. Safar is the best, she always answers all my questions in the way that I can understand them. She takes her time and does not rush through the examination. I moved out of Chino Hills years ago but, I keep going back to her. ❤️

Wait time was nice and short. In and out in @ 40 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. PA Listened to my concerns, Discussed the diagnosis and treatment plan with me adequately. Prescription was forwarded to pharmacy of choice and ready within a few hours. Very Good Experience.
