(March 11, 2018, 11:56 pm)I entered the experience of permanent eye liner very cautiously. Carol did an outstanding job assuring me of the safety and health precautions. We spent about an hour getting the “rough draft” of my eyeliner JUST right before we even started the tattoo process. I couldn’t believe how much care Carol took in making sure I was absolutely happy. The numbing cream she uses is great at taking away the pain throughout the procedure. Overall the outcome looks gorgeous! She has gained a happy client!
