Joe is extremely personable and knowledgable. He's been in the fitness industry for 20 years. His gym is straight forward, no hidden prices or fees. He sends email confirmations of date and time of appointments along with a pre reminder the day before in which you confirm via email through a dedicated link that you will be at your appointment so you don't forget. Gym is tidy and equipment is up to date. This place hits all the marks.
