The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because one of the girls said I had left when I was NEVER called on in the first place! But other then that I had a good experience and I'll be back for sure

The facility is clean. Staff is reasonable to publics concerns and requests.
As for getting poked, I've witnessed others not have a good experience.
For me there has been 3 individuals who poked me in wrong spot so blood flow wasn't functioning.
4 others did it right , so they give option for you to deny some from resticking you ever again.
Over all, my only complaint is that sometimes, seats aren't wiped correctly.

I had a great first experience here! I felt a little light headed and probably almost passed out towards the end of my donation but that was on me since i probably should’ve eaten more 😅 but everyone was very polite, understanding and informative. Special shout out to David for getting my account set up and for being so kind and patient when I began to feel not so well :,) I hate to be a burden and that kindness and patience goes a long way. Shout out to Aliyah too that’s my bestie! 👯‍♀️
