I used to take Aimee’s class when I was a yoga instructor, in Claremont a few years ago. After experiencing injuries and health concerns I was struggling to walk without pain and was leaning forward as I walked, so I decided to have sessions to help recover. With only two sessions I am walking taller and my shoulders aren’t hunching forward anymore. I am walking with more ease and have fewer head and eye aches. I still have 8 more sessions to go and I am looking forward to what I know will be a life changing experience.
Aimee has a way of knowing exactly what you need when you see her. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her twice now, and each time was a completely different but equally therapeutic healing experience.

Aimee is such a kind, beautiful, and wise soul! She truly listens and understands what's going on with pain and trauma in the body, and knows how to safely guide you to release it and heal. I've been working with Aimee for a couple months now and I have never felt better. I began her Somatic release program because of pain in my back and neck. Not only does that feel better, but my whole body feels amazing and I've lost weight. Aimee is super knowledgeable and her programs are life changing!
