(October 11, 2023, 8:47 pm)I ate here one other time several months ago when it was The Bear Cafe, the service was wonderful and the food was great.I went there today with my brother and sister-in-law. It’s called Top Town Cafe now there was a little wait for the food, but not long.The waitress was very nice and congenial And the server that brought our drinks he was very nice as well. Cozy little older building nice art on the walls and the food was pretty darn good! No complaints.
(September 9, 2023, 1:24 pm)Food is very good. The chef has been there for years and he always makes a perfect dish. The new owner is making a great effort taking things slow. It's a good team doing their best. Worth the visit.
