The staff was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the issue with my truck and the steps they would take to fix it. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and at a fair price. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the shop. I had a wheel seal leaking in route to my drop off and had to pull on the shoulder of 215 north, smoke everywhere. Call this company and Ms. Tina was so helpful. She helped me find another safe location so I wouldn’t be a sitting duck on side of the interstate. She stood on the phone with me the whole time, so thoughtful of her. Technician came and escorted me to an empty Kmart parking lot and replaced the wheel seal in a timely fashion. I missed my delivery appointment, but she saved me so much money by not getting towed to a shop with a 5 day wait period to replace said wheel seal. So it’s 5 ⭐️‘s for the technician, but a big 10 ⭐️’s for Ms. Tina for be so helpful.

Let me just start by saying that you need to go and get your truck services done here. Mel and Jimmy have always helped me out with all the services my truck needs. Questions? Answered. More questions? More answers. They have patience to answer them all for me. They take the time to check on my truck and ensure everything is running the way is supposed. As a driver who drives 6 days a week, its something that I really appreciate. The rates are affordable and did I mention their service is great? Thanks again Mel and Jimmy for always helping small business owners like me feel safe on the road.
