(February 10, 2022, 3:25 pm)The personnel from the shop were very polite and welcoming. The receptionist is knowledgeable of her work and can relate messages to customer adequately. The other lady who I can't remember the name was very nice and knowledgeable of the body repair. She kept me informed of the work that was needed for my vehicle and was thorough when explaining to me. The repairs to my Tacoma were done in less time than expected. I was very satisfied with the customer service and work performed to my Tacoma. I will definitely recommend.
