“The counselors are good but the reception needs to learn how to do her job or find another job. She gets paid to answer the phone and voicemails but can’t do neither I can’t leave a voicemail because the voicemails are full. The last receptionist was amazing never had any issues. I’m Calling to pay my class so I don’t get in trouble and can continue to go to my meeting yet I’m either getting hung up on or sent to voicemail each time a I call. She don’t care cause though it’s not her that’s gonna get in trouble with probation.”

“I posted 4 out 5 because: (i) I reserved a small pick-up truck and there was none. I got a big pick-up truck. I know that these are likely to be gas guzzlers, so for me that's a down-grade. (ii) I wore a mask and so did the Enterprise associate. However, he stood shoulder to shoulder with me with his tablet to have me initial and sign the contract. At that close up position, he was constantly turning towards me to explain the details. Not the best protocol. Otherwise, good service.”

“I have been here many times, some happy regular visits for normal check-ups for my kitty/cat and. once for Sam another cat I had ????. They were very tender and kind with the situation. I was a wreck, I actually do not understand how they did not call someone because I had to look crazy wanting to hold on to Sam after he had to be put down. They were very kind and understanding , the girl at front desk is a sweetheart. The check ups quick easy, place clean , safe with dogs staying safe distance from cats . Cool everything cool. Good place.”
