I normally don't ever leave reviews so honestly this is a great place to stay, all the staff are great people.

I moved in late August this year and everything has gone smoothly. The apartment is always well maintained in all the common areas. It's equipped with a gym, bbq grill area, and a huge swimming pool just to list a few outside amenities. The staff is amazing especially Lidia. She always provides excellent customer service. There is definitely a sense of family community including the events that are hosted. Overall, the only thing that is missing are elevators. 😕

It’s been a wonderful experience so far with Levante Apartment Homes. The Leasing Agent Austin Cunard been a great help as he made sure we have all the necessary details plus on our move-in date normally they talk about the contract and show the apartment only to the applicants not their families. We brought my uncle and aunt with us but it was Austin’s nicest gesture that he still let them in as it was too hot outside and made them sit at a different spot. He made sure that rules are maintained plus gave an excellent service. Appreciate him and his gesture. Secondly, he showed us the apartment explaining every tiny details to make sure we know everything like how to use washer and dryer, made sure that we run the water several times from the refrigerator filter before using it for consumption, and many more. This is my first time move-in apartment experience as we used to live with my aunt and uncle in a house but I went to another apartment with my younger aunt on their move-in but it was nothing like this. Not just that they have enough lighting in the complex which makes us feel safe when we go to work early in the morning. Thank you Levante Apartment Homes. You guys are amazing 🤩
