Called Route 66 Automotive on a Monday morning & they fixed my car same day! With excellent customer service from Issac & John, I felt comfortable leaving my car there all day, while I was at work. They kept me updated with detailed texting & pictures. A little after lunch, I got a call from Issac with a great price quote! Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

I am very satisfied with the qualty of service that I received. As a female taking my car in fir repairs the intake specialist listened to me and validated my concerns, the service manager conveyed all that needed repaired and explained the pricing and assured me that the suggested repairs could be completed in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. The service was completed quickly and at the price I was quoted. When I picked my car up I spoke with the service manager and the owner who both provided me with top notch customer care. I will definitely come back here for any future repairs and general maintenance.
