Absolutely wonderful staff! Very professional and courteous. Daniel explained the whole process to us and then kept us updated on the repairs. My car was ready a whole week early! I would definitely use them again!
I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of any automotive repair. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted respectfully and professionally, and right away was given all of the details and possible outcome for my 2019 Charger. My car was ready for pick up when they said it would be and the outcome looked just as when I first bought it, if not better. I would recommend anyone to this establishment; Daniel was more than helpful and kept me up to date on a consistent and daily basis.
I really enjoyed my experience at this shop. My insurance sent me here and Ethan greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and provided an estimate right away and plus he kept me informed throughout the whole repair. I will be recommending this body shop to all my friends and family!
This is was my first experience ever getting my car serviced after an accident and I am so very glad that I came to this Caliber. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and professionalism by Rita at the front desk. I was then connected with my estimator, Daniel, who was my point of contact for the remainder of the process. From beginning to end he always made himself available and always communicated with me every step of the way. I am thoroughly happy with my experience and without hesitation recommend them.
From the first call I did to when I picked up my car. All I say is 100% customer service. They make you feel like they do care about you and your vehicle. One or two weekly updates.
I even forgot my glasses in my rental car and they held them for me.
And and the work they did is great. The car came out like when I got it at the dealer.
