5 star for the selection. Damn do they have tons of cars. I was looking for a truck and couldn’t decide between a Chevy, Ram, or Ford and I got to see and drive each one. Tons of colors, trims, and options available.

-1 star for the +$3k in additional costs for non-optional extras. They aren’t bad services (door film, lo jack, & anti-theft etching on parts), it was just weird that everything was already installed so it wasn’t an option. So, if you’re looking at a car, just add $3 grand to the end price.

Went to Pacific to buy a work van and we couldn't have had a better buying experience. We worked with Ciro to find a vehicle that met our needs. Nearly all the vehicles there are in like-new condition. Ciro not only got us the type of vehicle we needed, but one with lower miles, excellent condition and at a much better price than we were expecting to pay. He even helped us get financing with a low down payment, better terms and great interest rate. We honestly felt like we were buying a car from a long-time friend. We are expecting to buy another van this coming year and will definitely be going back to Ciro and Pacific Auto Center.
