“As Soon As I walked into the restaurant i was greeted by a very handsome sweet young man and he also took my order and i couldn't say no to anything he suggested because he was so upbeat and full of life. My daughter mentioned to him that it was her birthday and he instantly knowledge her and said 'OMG HOW OLD ARE YOU TURNING' and gave her a sticker with her name on it. The fact that he did that made my day, I didn't get a cake for my daughter and he not only played games with my daughter and sang happy birthday to her but also bought her a cake. My family and i are extremely impressed that this kind of service in given at a chuck e cheese and defiantly will be returning and recommend this place to my friends and family. When leaving I asked another young man to speak with the manager to let him know about the extraordinary young man and the amazing service he gave us and to my surprise he was the manager. He's not allowed in a rude way or unfriendly way but just loud. He needs to turn down the volume a bit and relax.
