“The counselors are good but the reception needs to learn how to do her job or find another job. She gets paid to answer the phone and voicemails but can’t do neither I can’t leave a voicemail because the voicemails are full. The last receptionist was amazing never had any issues. I’m Calling to pay my class so I don’t get in trouble and can continue to go to my meeting yet I’m either getting hung up on or sent to voicemail each time a I call. She don’t care cause though it’s not her that’s gonna get in trouble with probation.”

“6/8/2020 update: Prices went up five dollars. $25 for adults and $20 for kids. They're finally using a guest list. No more wondering who is next in line. Still accepting debit/credit cards. Great, friendly barbers that do their job well. $20 haircuts for children and men alike. No discounts for the little ones. If you visit during busy time please note who was there before and after you arrive. They don't keep a list and can be confusing as to who is next. Also, I have noticed they get a lot of appointments during peak hours. Don't be upset if you've been there an hour and someone just walks in and gets a haircut right away, before you.”
