Villas At Hesperia

I’ve been here about two months and so far I’m enjoying my stay. Nice community, very nice staff and everyone around is nice. When something needs to be fixed the staff is very good at taking care of it as soon as possible. I love the pool and gym. They have a nice playground for kids. All around a very nice and safe community

It's unique. Each apartment is like a small. My family is going to buy up land and build homes each on 1 to 10 acres but very affordable.

Ashley and Ana were a huge help during the application and leasing process. The Apartments are nice and great for a small family. The community is very quiet and respectful.

I love living here !!! We have been here for 3 years now. They are very very selective about who they approve. If they don’t like your past rental history you will not be approved. If you have “ issues” in the past at the places you have lived don’t even bother. if it can at all be perceived as you being at fault don’t bother filling out an application. Also they want like the past 10 years of rental history or some ridiculous number of years back. That was a bit of an issue for us because most of the numbers that I had were not in service anymore. Mind you it was because we rented houses in the past, so people change their numbers sometimes. They gave us a hard time about that,to them that was a crazy idea. I don’t like that they are or seem to be not as selective with people on some kind of government assistance. I really don’t believe it’s fair especially because they are so hard on the people do get “help”. They call them Bond Units. They pay a significant amount less. They only have a few on them on this property. The rent has been going up a little more every year. I came in paying around 1200ish now I’m going on almost 1600. I don’t mind because there isn’t any other type of apartments like this place in the high desert. I love how they look and feel like little mini houses. They take good care of the property. We have the most square footage. They are very quick if you have a problem that needs to b fixed in your unit. Very friendly staff!! They are family friendly. For almost every holiday they do some kind of party/ social event. They did a great egg hunt this past year. They are very good about looking in on your place while your out on vacation. They try their very best to keep this place as quite and peaceful as possible. We love it here and it’s worth every penny!!!
